A Quick Singapore Adventure During Our Vacation

A Quick Singapore Adventure During Our Vacation

We recently had the chance to visit and explore Singapore, kahit saglit lang—and the best part?

Libre ang plane ticket! 😍

As an OFW based in Dubai, isa sa mga common benefits na natatanggap namin from our employers is 30 days annual leave plus a return ticket to our home country.

But this time, naisip namin na gawing opportunity ang layover.

Instead of booking the usual flight, we intentionally chose one with a much longer stopover—around three days in Singapore.

And here's the interesting part: mas mura pa nga minsan ang ganitong flight compared sa direct route!

So sabi namin, bakit hindi sulitin?

Kung dadaan din lang naman kami sa Singapore, why not spend a few days exploring one of the countries on our travel bucket list?

At guess what?

Singapore has been on my Dream List for years.

In short, gusto kong ma-experience kahit konti yung mga experiences niya noon.

Kaya naman para sa akin, this trip wasn't just about visiting Singapore.

It was about creating new memories together while revisiting some of his old ones. ❤️

Day of the Flight ✈️

Excited is an understatement!

After months of planning and counting down the days, travel day finally arrived. There's always something exciting about airport mornings—the anticipation, the luggage, the boarding gates, and the thought that in a few hours you'll be somewhere new.

Day 1 in Singapore πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬

Our first day was all about taking everything in.

The moment we arrived, I immediately noticed how clean, organized, and efficient everything was.

Day 2 in Singapore πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬

Day 2 was when we started exploring even more.

Every corner seemed picture-worthy, and every stop felt like another item being checked off my travel bucket list.

Visiting the Flower Dome 🌸

One of the places I was most excited to visit was the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay.
And wow, it did not disappoint.

The beautiful floral displays, unique plants from around the world, and the cool indoor climate made it feel like stepping into another world.

It was definitely one of the highlights of our Singapore stopover.

A Dream List Destination Finally Checked Off

Hindi man mahaba ang stay namin, every moment was worth it.

From exploring the city and experiencing its world-class public transportation to visiting some of Singapore's iconic attractions, this quick stopover became one of our most memorable trips.
Sometimes, you don't need a week-long vacation to enjoy a destination.

A few days, a little planning, and a willingness to explore can already create unforgettable memories.

And most importantly, I can finally say:
✅ Singapore — Checked off my Dream List! 🌟

Hopefully, this won't be my last visit. Until next time, Singapore!
